Two-winged overhead gates
Two-winged overhead doors are a traditional gateway for garages, storage rooms and outbuildings.

Basic technical information:

• structure made of galvanized profiles
• the covering is made of galvanized sheet and coated with acrylic in a RAL color which is protected by a protective film
• metal sheets stamped vertically, trapezoid T-7
• all metal components galvanized
• one of the wings is equipped with a cylinder lock, the other one fitted with a system of bolts
• solid, sturdy hinges made from high quality steel
• the entire structure is collapsible
• rubber gasket around the gate
• polystyrene insulation with concealed PVC panel possible
• doors are opened manually but also adjusted for installation of an automatic gate opener

Individually tailored to each gate structure and modern production technology ensure an easy use, stable and quiet operation as well as safety. Two-winged doors are ideal for large, high garages or storage rooms. The collapsible construction eliminates welds causing the formation of corrosion. The covering of the doors is coated with a protective film which protects them in the time of transportation and installation. A gasket provides an additional thermal and acoustic insulation. One wing (usually the right one) has a lock with cylinder and a handle, the other one can be locked up and down with a spring lock.

Pol Bram produces two-winged gates to the dimensions specified by the customer and with various desired extras. It is possible to insulate the gate with polystyrene. This provides an additional thermal and acoustic insulation. This option is usually chosen when the garage is a part of a house, which has a direct connection. At gates of a bigger size it is better to provide a door in one of the gate wings which allows an easy access into the garage without the need of lifting up the whole wing. The two-winged doors can be divided symmetrically or asymmetrically. We can make a front door located next to the garage gate with an identical covering as the gateway. With a wide range of colors you can match the color of the gate to the color of the facade.
